The Nandi plates are hand made and hand painted with underglazes and further and applied with Ginni's special glaze recipe. After the piece is fired twice in the kiln, second time at 1240 Centrigrade, 22 carat gold is applied on the piece to finish the ultimate look of the product. After the gold application, the plate is finished by firing it in the kiln for a third time, making the gold on the piece permanent.
 
These plates are completely functional and one can use them either functionally to serve food or decocatively as well.
 
This beautiful Nandi Plate also makes for a wonderful mantel piece on a nice wooden stand and are perfect as gifts for birthdays, anniversaries or housewarming parties. 
These plates are definitely one of my best ‘must have’ pieces of all. 
 
The piece has been made from the scratch in our Studio and is fired thrice, the second time at 1240 Centigrade and a third time with gold which makes the gold permanent.
