Inspired from the folk Pichwai Art work, a form of paintings having it's origins in Rajasthan, India,  these plates are hand made and hand painted with underglazes and further and applied with Ginni's special glaze recipe. After the piece is fired twice in the kiln, second time at 1240 Centrigrade, 22 carat gold is applied on the piece to finish the ultimate look of the product. After the gold application, the plate is finished by firing it in the kiln for a third time, making the gold on the piece permanent.

These plates are completely functional and one can use them either functionally to serve food or decocatively as well.

This beautiful Pichwai Cow Plate also makes for a wonderful mantel piece on a nice wooden stand and are perfect as gifts for birthdays, anniversaries or housewarming parties.

These plates are definitely one of my best ‘must have’ pieces of all.

The piece has been made from the scratch in our Studio and is fired thrice, the second time  at 1240 Centigrade and a third time with gold work on, to make the gold permanent.

The set will be shipped to the recipient in a gift box. If you want a set of 4 or 6, then please add 2 or 3 items in your cart and checkout. We will pack all the pieces in a single box if you request us to do so.
